Dr. Edvinas Pakalnickas is a highly experienced IT professional with a robust background in project management and IT leadership, currently serving as the Head of IT at Telecentras since May 2021. Previous roles include Head of the Project Management Unit at Vilniaus Å¡ilumos tinklai, Senior Project Manager at AB Energijos skirstymo operatorius (ESO), and Project Manager at Lietuvos energijos gamyba, where responsibilities encompassed managing IT, ERP, and automation projects. Dr. Pakalnickas has also held significant positions at AB Lietuvos elektrinÄ—, overseeing IT departments and teams, and has experience in ERP project management from tenure at Swedbank. Dr. Pakalnickas earned a Doctorate in Computer Science (PhD) from Kaunas University of Technology, along with a Master of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management.
