Paula Pérez is a Global People Operations Generalist at LRN since October 2024, with a robust background in human resources. Previously, Paula served as a Human Resources Officer at IUCN from November 2018 to October 2024, managing HR operations for the North America Region while working remotely from Costa Rica. Responsibilities included coordinating with the Global HR unit on HR initiatives, policy reviews, and conducting end-to-end recruitment processes. Earlier roles encompassed positions in regional HR management and assistance across multiple regions in the Americas, along with an internship at Cargo Expreso focused on improving labor relations. Paula also gained managerial experience at Bar y Restaurante El Zhante. Paula holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Fidélitas, obtained in 2019.
