Sofia Hamlund has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sofia began their career in 2007 as a Produktchef at Företagslitteratur Sverige AB and then moved on to become a Product Manager at Bonnierförlagen in 2012. In 2013, they joined Verbum as a Marketing Manager and Sales Manager. Sofia then joined Education Media AB in 2008 as a Sales Manager and Key Account Manager, where they were responsible for starting a sales team for a newly established web search portal. Sofia worked there until 2010. Sofia then worked at LRF Media AB, initially as a Revenue Manager from 2017 to 2020. From 2021 to 2022, they served as a Sales and Marketing Manager at LRF Media AB. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Sales and Marketing at LRF Media AB, starting in January 2022.
Sofia Hamlund completed their Bachelor's degree in Kulturvetarlinjen from Stockholm University between 2003 and 2007. Sofia pursued a course in Market Communication from Berghs School of Communication in 2017. Prior to that, between 2000 and 2003, they studied Journalism under the Samhällsvetenskapliga programmet at Thorildsplans gymnasium.
In addition to their formal education, Sofia Hamlund has obtained several certifications. These include "Utvecklande Ledarskap (UL)" from Försvarshögskolan in March 2023, "Arbetsrättsutbildning för chefer" from LRF Media AB in November 2022, "Auktoriserad Data- och Marketingansvarig" from SWEDMA in April 2019, and "Customer Journey Mapping" from Swedma och Odyssey in December 2018.
