Richard Rinaldi is an experienced IT technician currently working at LR TECHNOLOGIES - GROUPE since September 2022. Previously, Richard served as a user support technician at Econocom from February 2016 to June 2020, where responsibilities included preparing and configuring computer workstations, troubleshooting software installation issues, and managing IT equipment renewal projects. Richard's career began with roles as an IT maintenance technician at Econocom-Osiatis in 2014. Richard holds a Brevet de technicien supérieur (BTS) in Automatisme et Informatique Industrielle from AFPA and a Baccalauréat in Electrotechnique from Lycée de La Salle d'Alès. Richard completed additional training through OpenClassrooms in 2021.
