Salman Chawla has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Salman started their career in 2004 as a Rooms Division Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. Salman then moved on to work at Morgans Hotel Group as the Director of Housekeeping / Rooms Division from 2007 to 2010.

In 2010, Salman joined Hertz as a Process Excellence Manager, where they stayed until 2013. Salman then worked at KRAM Talent as a Senior Consulting Manager from 2013 to 2015.

Salman's experience in hospitality continued at L&R Group of Companies, where they served as a General Manager from 2015 to 2017. Salman then took on the role of Vice President, Operations and Hospitality at the same company from 2017 to 2020.
