Alina Ryzhak is an experienced operations strategist and digital media analyst currently working at LQ Digital since August 2022, while also serving as an affiliate marketing specialist at SoFi since June 2024. Previously at Frederickson Partners, Alina co-led the sales department and managed client services, focusing on sales process improvements and candidate management. Alina contributed to the marketing committee at Women and Minorities in Economics at UC San Diego, where innovative strategies for engagement were developed, and also held a volunteer management internship at Make-A-Wish® San Diego, enhancing volunteer database efficiency. Alina began a career in marketing as a marketing assistant and receptionist at Salon 56. Alina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UC San Diego and an Associate's Degree in Mathematics from San Diego Miramar College.
