Scott Benjamin is a seasoned software professional with over 30 years of experience in software development, currently serving as Principal Software Engineer and AVP Technology at LPL Financial since March 2021. Prior to LPL Financial, Scott held the position of Senior Software Architect at Cloudshadow Consulting and Venture Resources from November 2015 to January 2021, where notable contributions included the design and implementation of large-scale enterprise systems. Scott has also consulted for Deloitte Consulting, leading development on award-winning Unemployment Services systems for multiple states. With extensive experience in various technical architect roles across several organizations, Scott has consistently focused on refining business requirements, leading design sessions, and mentoring peers in software architecture and development.
