Jennifer Kim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and team coaching across various organizations. Currently serving as a Remote Coordinator at LPI Learning, Jennifer manages agile processes for multiple teams and coaches for self-management and continuous improvement. Previously, as Clinic Director and Project Manager at The Lake Clinic, Jennifer developed programs for over 300 patients annually and fostered creativity within teams. As a Scrum Master at the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand, Jennifer facilitated project resolutions through coaching and Scrum ceremonies. Other notable roles include Chiropractor at Back to Living, Post-Graduate Coordinator at Logan University, and Project Lead at Eastern Illinois University. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Eastern Illinois University and a Doctorate from Logan University.
