Carole Turner serves as the Executive Assistant to the Dean of the College of Nursing and Health at Loyola University New Orleans since February 2024. Turner is also a dedicated artist and writer with exhibitions at renowned locations such as Yvette Maries in Baton Rouge and Ariodante Contemporary Art and Craft Gallery in New Orleans. Previous roles include Program Specialist at the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections, where responsibilities involved processing applications for Emergency Transitional Housing providers, and Administrative Assistant positions at Mattress Direct and Baton Rouge Dream Center. Additionally, Turner has experience as a Case Manager with the Capital Area Reentry Coalition, assisting ex-offenders with reintegration, and has worked as a Background Artist and Stand-in in film and television productions. Education was completed at Louisiana State University in 2004.
