Madison Boris has a diverse and extensive work experience. Madison started their career in 2015 as an Event Coordinator at SmartCEO, where they successfully managed events from start to finish. Madison then transitioned to Loyola University Maryland as an Assistant Women's Club Basketball Coach, supporting club sport officers and participants. In 2020, Madison joined Baltimore Collegetown Network, where they held various roles, including Student Outreach Coordinator, Special Events Manager, and Assistant Director. In these roles, they managed social media, maintained the organization's website, organized and hosted fundraisers, and developed relationships to generate new business. In 2021, Madison became an Assistant Channel Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where they oversaw the promotional marketing strategy for key brands. Currently, Madison works at Loyola University Maryland as the Associate Director of Marketing Operations, where they oversee strategic marketing projects, manages client relationships, and develops and directs the university's video strategy.
