Hope L. has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Director of Operations for Women's Basketball at Loyola University Maryland in 2023. Prior to that, they participated in The Foundation of Sports Sales: Cleveland Cavaliers Virtual Sales Academy with the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2023. In 2022, they worked as a Girls Flag Football Coach for the Cleveland Browns NEO League at Hawken School, and also volunteered as a Strength & Conditioning Assistant. Additionally, they served as a Youth Soccer Coach at Ambassadors Football. In 2021, they held multiple roles at The George Washington University, including Administrative Assistant at GW Athletics and Athletics Event Staff Assistant. Their work experience also includes positions at the University of Maryland, where they were a Univ. of Maryland Representative for the Big Ten SAAC and held leadership positions in Maryland Women's Soccer Leadership Council, SAMs Peer Mentor, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and Varsity Women's Soccer. Hope also served as a Student Liaison for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and Student Government Association. In 2021, they interned at GW Athletics and participated in the InTERPship Academy at Maryland Made Terps. Hope was also involved in Maryland Athletics Voter Education and Registration Committee and worked as a Social Media Intern for Maryland Made Terps in 2020. Overall, Hope L. has a strong background in athletics administration, coaching, and leadership development.

Hope L. completed their education at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business and Management from 2020 to 2021. Prior to their graduate studies, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Kinesiology with a minor in General Business from the University of Maryland from 2017 to 2020. Hope L.'s secondary education was completed at Newbury High School in Newbury, Ohio, from 2013 to 2017.
