Claire Noonan is a mission-centered leader and strategic thinker currently serving as the Vice President for Mission Integration at Loyola University Chicago. As the University's chief mission officer, they work to enhance the Catholic, Jesuit identity of the institution and foster the growth of its community. Previously, at Dominican University, they led a visioning process resulting in a strategic plan aimed at equity and global education, while also raising over $4 million for the mission and ministry division. Dr. Noonan is recognized nationally for their expertise in Catholic higher education and engages in public speaking on topics such as Ignatian spirituality and vocation. They hold a Bachelor of Arts from The Catholic University of America and advanced degrees in Divinity and Ecumenical Ministry.
