Mary Pat Olson has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Mary Pat worked as a Regional Director of Post-Acute Care Coordination and Manager of Population Health Care Coordination at Loyola University Health System. Prior to that, they were a Manager of Health Care Decision Support at UnitedHealth Group, where they led a team of nurses and provided telephonic clinical assessments. Mary also served as a Director at NCSBN, where they developed programs and implemented strategic frameworks for membership awareness and regulatory issues. Additionally, they were the Director of the Workforce Institute at MCHC, where they planned and coordinated healthcare workforce development strategies. Mary's early career included a role as the Director of Special Projects in the Emergency Department at the University of Chicago, where they oversaw quality improvement initiatives and managed research projects.
