Amie Cole has extensive experience in customer service, having held various roles across multiple companies over the years. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Loyalty Plumbing since January 2025, Amie previously worked at Freedom Forever in multiple capacities, including Quality & Training Specialist and Sales Concierge II, from June 2022 to August 2024. Additional roles at Tesla as a Tesla Adviser and at GoodLeap LLC as a CCA further demonstrate Amie's versatility and commitment to customer satisfaction. Early career positions include customer service roles at Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Candy Club, First American Title, and Rockwell Collins, where Amie developed strong administrative and advocacy skills. Amie is an alumnus of Cypress College and Cypress High School.
