Bryce Portier has extensive experience in the field of medical affairs and diagnostics. Bryce currently serves as the Associate Vice President Clinical Diagnostics at Loxo Oncology at Lilly since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Executive Director Clinical Diagnostics at the same company from June 2022 to January 2023. Before joining Loxo Oncology, Bryce worked at Agilent Technologies as the Associate Vice President Global Medical Affairs from May 2022 to June 2022, and as the Medical Director and Head of Medical Affairs from January 2019 to May 2022. Bryce also gained experience at Roche, serving as the Sr. Dir Global Medical Affairs for Companion Diagnostics & Global Medical Affairs Pathologist from July 2017 to December 2018, and as the Director Medical Innovation & Global Medical Affairs Pathologist from October 2015 to July 2017. Prior to their time at Roche, Bryce worked as the Director Solid Tumor Molecular Diagnostics at Houston Methodist from July 2013 to October 2015, and as a Fellow, Molecular Genetic Pathology at MD Anderson Cancer Center from July 2012 to June 2013. Bryce started their professional journey as a Pathology Resident at Cleveland Clinic from July 2008 to June 2012. Additionally, Bryce gained experience as a Clinical Fellow at Ventana Medical Systems in 2011.

Bryce Portier's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics from Texas A&M University (1995-1999). Bryce then pursued a combined MD/PhD program in Molecular Cell Biology & Medicine at The University of Texas Medical Branch (2000-2008). Following that, they completed a residency in AP/CP Pathology at Cleveland Clinic (2008-2012) and a fellowship in Molecular Genetic Pathology at MD Anderson (2012-2013).
