Helmut Korthoeber has extensive experience in various roles within the construction equipment and tools industry. Helmut served as the Managing Director for LOXAM GmbH, overseeing rental business operations in multiple countries. Prior to that, they held leadership positions at Willenbrock Fördertechnik GmbH & Co. KG and GEA Group. Additionally, they gained experience at John Deere in strategic planning, marketing, and sales management roles. Their career began as a Salesman at Unlimited.

Helmut Korthoeber completed their Global 2020 Executive Development Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Dipl. Ing. Agr. degree in Agrarwissenschaften Wirtschaft und Sozialwissenschaften from Kiel University in 1997.
