Gary Neights has extensive experience in various leadership and advisory roles. Currently, Gary serves as a Board Member and Board Chair for Lower Providence Township since January 2018. Prior to this, Gary worked at Elemica in Product Management from April 2001 to May 2023, where responsibilities included P&L management for digital supply chain solutions. Additionally, Gary contributed to the Fox School of Business at Temple University from October 2016 to September 2018 on the Management Consulting Advisory Board, offering guidance to MBA candidates. Earlier, from October 1991 to April 2001, Gary was involved in global SAP projects at Performance Readiness Solutions, and from January 1985 to January 1998, Gary served as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps, focusing on logistics and supply chain operations. Gary holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, a Graduate Certificate in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University, an M.S. in Business Administration from Boston University, and a Graduate Certificate in Aviation Logistics from Navy Supply Officers School.
