Saman Aminolsharei is an experienced attorney currently serving as an associate at Lowenstein Sandler LLP since January 2019, specializing in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements including service agreements, employment agreements, and trading agreements. Prior to this role, Saman worked as an attorney at Nomura from December 2013 to December 2018 and held several legal internships, including positions at Olshan, Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, and the Securities Arbitration Clinic at New York Law School. Saman's early career included legal internships at the Supreme Court of the State of New York and Bank of America, as well as co-founding Hollywood Promotions & Marketing. Saman obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.
