Mark Heinzelmann currently serves as Counsel at Lowenstein Sandler LLP since December 2018 and previously held the role of Associate. Prior experience includes serving as a Deputy Attorney General in the Environmental Enforcement, Cost Recovery, and Natural Resource Damages sections of the State of New Jersey Office of the Attorney General from August 2013 to December 2018, where responsibilities included aiding the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection in cost recovery and enforcement of environmental laws. Mark also completed a judicial clerkship with the Superior Court of New Jersey, conducting legal research and preparing opinions, and was involved in various legal clinics and law review activities during law school at Rutgers Law School. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History/Political Science from Monmouth University.
