Mica Gratton has extensive experience in event management and fundraising, currently serving as the Annual Gifts Officer at Lowell Observatory since February 2013, where responsibilities include cultivating and soliciting donations from current and future donors. Previously, Mica held diverse roles in management and marketing, including Lodge Manager/Marketing Manager at Elk Ridge Ski Area, and various special events management positions with the Boys & Girls Clubs, overseeing logistics, budgets, and volunteer coordination. Mica also demonstrated entrepreneurial skills as the owner of KD Carpet & Floor Cleaning, LLC, managing customer service, accounting, and staff training. Educational background includes studies at Mesa Community College and a diploma from Chaparral High School.
