Ana Hernández has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Ana is currently working as the Chief Product Officer at LoveToKnow Media, where they oversee the product's strategy and manages requirements. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager of WordFinder Web, a subsidiary of LoveToKnow Media, where they defined the product's vision and roadmap and ensured user needs and business goals were met. Ana also worked as an SEO & Content Marketing Specialist at LoveToKnow Media.
Before joining LoveToKnow Media, Ana worked for SeeTheWorld, an online destination guide and booking platform, where they held the positions of Senior Content Manager and Content Editor. Ana'sresponsibilities included developing inbound marketing strategies and managing content for 24 different websites.
Ana also has experience as a Freelance Content Writer, Editor & Translator, where they created, managed, and edited content for various companies, including SeeTheWorld. Additionally, they provided translation services from English to Spanish and vice versa.
During their academic career, Ana worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at both Universidad Complutense de Madrid and Universidad de Santiago de Compostela. Ana completed their PhD dissertation, participated in conferences, seminars, and workshops, and published their findings in collective volumes and academic journals. At Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, they also taught undergraduate courses in Medieval History and History of Art.
Prior to their research and teaching roles, Ana served as an Administrative Assistant at Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, where they helped build and maintain the Department of History of Art's website, wrote newsletters, and assisted in organizing academic events.
Ana Hernández completed their education in a chronological order. Ana began by obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation from the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela between 2002 and 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Medieval Studies at the same institution from 2007 to 2009. Ana then went on to achieve a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Medieval Art History from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they studied from 2012 until 2016.
Currently, Ana is in the process of completing a Bachelor's degree in English Studies: Language, Literature, and Culture from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D., with an expected completion date in 2022.
In addition to their formal education, Ana Hernández also obtained the certification of Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in July 2021.
