Daina Martin Amezaga has a long history of work experience in the marketing and public relations field. Daina started their career in 2009 as a business intelligence assistant at Catenon Worldwide Executive Search. In 2010, they moved to Alpha Baltic as a Public Relations Project Manager. In 2014, they joined BTA Insurance Company SE as a Marketing Project Manager. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Marketing Manager at Scandagra Latvia. Finally, they are currently employed as a Marketing Manager at Loveland Innovations.

Daina Martin Amezaga has a diverse educational background. Daina began their studies in 2003 at Rīga Stradiņš University, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in public relations in 2007. Daina then spent the 2006-2007 academic year at the University of Jyväskylä, where they completed an ERASMUS program in Communication and Media Studies. Finally, they returned to Rīga Stradiņš University in 2007 and earned a master's degree in international relations in 2009.
