Jessica Keough, MA, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the US People Partner at LoveCrafts since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica held key positions at NationSwell, including Director of People Operations and Senior Manager of People Operations, as well as a Human Resources Generalist at Decent Labs. Jessica's extensive experience also includes significant contributions to Research Square Company, where Jessica managed employee experience and recruiting, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. Additional roles include work as a columnist for The Bluegrass Situation, web content manager for MBA for a Day, and adjunct professor at the Community College of Rhode Island. Jessica's educational background includes a BA in History and Art from Elon University and an MA in Art History and Criticism from Stony Brook University.
