Chaz Fillion is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and community engagement. As the Connection Center Coordinator at Love In the Name of Christ since September 2024, Chaz is committed to fostering connections within the community. Chaz co-founded The Neighbor Bridge in October 2019, an initiative designed to connect those in need with those who can help, exemplifying a strong desire to promote neighborly support. Additionally, Chaz has served as CEO of Fillion Inc. since March 2004, emphasizing sustainable business growth and employee development. Previous roles include Sales Manager at TruckPro, LLC, Parts Specialist at TRUCK AND TRAILER REPAIR LLC, and Service Writer at various companies, showcasing a diverse skill set in sales and service. Chaz also has experience as a Site Coordinator with United Way and as a Financial Representative for Northwestern Mutual, demonstrating a commitment to community service and financial guidance. Chaz holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences with a focus on Psychology and Social Work, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Child Psychology from Liberty University.
