Heather's experience also includes a significant role as a Special Projects Consultant for Eastland Memorial Hospital, ensuring compliance with the Meaningful Use program and securing substantial funding. With a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and a certification in Health Information Technology from The University of Texas at Austin, Heather combines a solid educational foundation with a diverse professional skill set.
