Taylor Wingerter has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2004, they started working as a Financial Specialist at Sound Surgical Technologies LLC until 2007. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Project Controller at BlackRidge Real Estate Group, LLC. In 2009, Taylor also worked as an Actor at Dinner Detective Murder Mystery until 2011. In 2010, they became an Improv Jackpot Producer at Bovine Metropolis Theater until 2010. They also worked as an Improv Instructor at the same theater starting from November 2010. From 2012 to 2015, Taylor served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Escalante Star, LLC. In 2015, they started working at Love Grown, initially as an Accountant and later as a Business Operations Manager from August 2020.

Taylor Wingerter obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Colorado State University. The duration of this educational endeavor was from 2000 to 2004.
