Toan Phan is an experienced data manager with a strong background in data management and analysis across various organizations. Currently serving as Data Manager at Louvre Hotels Group since May 2018, Toan leads a team focused on data legacy management and high-impact data projects, including the transformation of client ecosystems and data migration to Oracle Autonomous Cloud. Prior to this, Toan held positions such as Responsable BI, CRM et Référentiels and Responsable Data Management at SoLocal Group, where responsibilities included data quality assurance and performance analysis. Earlier roles as a consultant for Altran and Smartpoint involved business intelligence project management for clients like Bouygues Telecom and BNP Paribas. Toan holds a Master's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and a Licence in Mathematics from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
