Benjamin Dornic serves as General Counsel at Louvre Hotels Group since September 2015, bringing extensive legal expertise from prior roles, including Legal Director for Spirits at Moët Hennessy and SVP, General Counsel for Lafarge SA in China. With a solid foundation in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property, Benjamin has held various legal positions, including Assistant General Counsel focusing on corporate and securities matters, Director of business development in the IT sector, and General Counsel at iMediation. Benjamin’s legal career began at Linklaters as an Associate specializing in corporate and securities law. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and a LL.M. in Common Law Studies from Georgetown University Law Center, complemented by a DEA in Business Law from Université de Paris X.
