Mark Hall possesses extensive experience in management and operations within various service-oriented industries. Currently serving as the Director of Metering and Billing Services at Louisville Water Company since September 2017, Mark has previously held leadership roles such as Director of Contact Center Operations at AAA Allied Group and Director of Customer Care at Pacific Pulmonary Services. Mark also founded and led AdvantaClean of Lexington, KY as President/Owner. Earlier career positions include Director of Client Services at Fidelity Investments and Branch Manager at Paychex. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Managerial Finance from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
