Hayley Mitchell Hornstein currently serves as Regional Director at the Louisiana Restaurant Association, starting in March 2023. Prior to this role, Hornstein held positions including Sales Support for Louisiana at Simon Roofing, Event Producer at Joel Catering & Special Events, and Event Sales Manager at Hyatt Regency. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Catering at both Joel Catering - Hampton Inn Convention Center and Michael's Catering of Mat & Naddie's Restaurant, along with a role as Catering Consultant. Hornstein began a culinary internship at The American Sector and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Arts and Related Services from Nicholls State University, obtained in 2012.
