Rachel Shields is currently serving as the Special Assistant to the Secretary for Partnerships and Engagement at Louisiana Economic Development since March 2024. In addition, Rachel operates Northlake Passenger Transportation, LLC as the Owner since January 2023. Prior to these roles, Rachel held the position of Chief of Staff at Greater New Orleans, Inc. from January 2000 to March 2024, where significant leadership and management experience was gained.
