Alfonzo Simon is an experienced Engineering Technician DCL at the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development since 2007, responsible for reviewing insurance policies for construction projects to ensure contractual compliance and managing insurance company qualifications throughout project durations. Prior to this role, Alfonzo served as a Training Counselor at Christian Acres, where support was provided to delinquent youth in behavioral modification programs. Alfonzo also has a military background as an Operations Specialist in the US Navy, managing strategic information displays and operating navigation systems. Alfonzo holds a diploma from Reuben McCall High School and attended Grambling State University from 1994 to 1997.
