Monty Sullivan has held various leadership positions in educational institutions, including serving as System President for Louisiana's two-year colleges at LCTCS. Prior to that, Sullivan was Chancellor of Delgado Community College and Vice Chancellor at Virginia Community College System. Sullivan's educational background includes a Doctorate of Education, a Master of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana Tech University.
