Pierpaolo Pittia has extensive experience in culinary operations and management, currently serving as the R&D of Culinary Operations at LOUISA Food Products, Inc. since January 2019. Previous roles include Chef De Cuisine at River City Casino & Hotel, Executive Chef at Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort and Final Cut at Penn National Gaming, and Executive Chef at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas overseeing a large dining establishment. Pittia also held positions as Senior Sous Chef at Il Fornaio and Assistant Room Chef at Station Casinos, where management training was completed. Earlier career experience includes roles as a line cook/sous chef at Valentino Restaurant Group and Chef de Cuisine at Trattoria Alle Tre Sorelle. Education includes commis de cuisine degrees from I.R.fo.P and Bonaldo Stringher.
