Lars Stilling has extensive experience in customer service and logistics within the lighting industry, having worked at Louis Poulsen since 1994. Currently serving as the Director of Group Customer Service since September 2018, Lars oversees various functions including customer service, logistics, and showroom operations, while also being involved with the customer portal and product pruning. Prior to this role, Lars was a Logistics Manager from 2002 to 2018, where responsibilities included shipping and inventory management. Lars has held various positions at Louis Poulsen, including Customer Service Manager and Sales Coordinator, and has been an employee-elected board member since 2013. Lars holds a CPIM certification in Production and Inventory Management, emphasizing a commitment to professional development in the field.
