Elena Burtscher is an experienced professional with a background in sales, customer success, and digital development. Currently serving as an Internal Sales representative at Louis Poulsen, Elena previously worked as a Customer Success Specialist at Proper, where responsibilities included managing customer portfolios in the Netherlands and Germany, developing internal reporting, and optimizing customer journeys. Prior experience includes roles in international business development at GoGift, digital development at the Female Leadership Academy, and marketing management at oikos Copenhagen. Elena holds a Master’s degree from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor’s degree from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), along with an exchange semester at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
