Rikke Nisted is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent and training management within the optical industry. Since March 2015, Rikke has held various roles at Louis Nielsen, including Senior Talent Manager and Regional Training Manager. Rikke also served as a Retail Training Manager for Specsavers and Specsavers Canada in late 2021 and late 2022, contributing to the startup of Retail L&D in North America. Prior to these positions, Rikke was the founder of Profil Optik from 2005 to 2015 and worked as Chefoptiker at Synoptik Danmark from 1994 to 2003. Rikke holds a degree in Optometry from the Danish College of Optometry and Visual Science.
