Max Clegg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy and venture capital. Currently serving as Managing Director at Louis Dreyfus Company Ventures BV since 2020, Clegg leads the corporate venture capital program for Louis Dreyfus Company. Previously, Clegg was the Regional Head of Corporate Development and M&A for North America at Louis Dreyfus Company from 2012 to 2019. Prior roles include Vice President at GE Capital - Energy Financial Services, where responsibilities encompassed underwriting, restructuring, and portfolio management, as well as Operations Manager at GE Oil & Gas and Commodity Buyer at GE Power. Clegg began a career as a Captain in the US Army from 1996 to 2001 and is an alumnus of the United States Military Academy at West Point.
