Damien Roy has extensive work experience in various roles within the Louis Dreyfus Company, starting in 2012. Damien has served as the Global Head of Shared Business Services & Automation and the Vice President for North America, overseeing functions such as digitization, process optimization, trade execution, and IT systems management. Damien has also held the position of Vice President and Head of Trades Execution in North America, playing a critical role in ensuring accurate execution of commodities contracts. Prior to their time at Louis Dreyfus, Damien worked as an Internal Audit Manager for North America at Louis Dreyfus Company, where they implemented lean and Six Sigma tools to enhance audit effectiveness. Before that, they worked at PwC as a Manager in Advisory for Performance Improvement, and at Transdev as an Internal Auditor. Damien's career began as a Tax Consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.
Damien Roy holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Clermont-Ferrand University in France, which they obtained from 2000 to 2001. Damien also has a Master's of law degree, with a major in Business Law, from Dijon Law School at Dijon University in France, which they earned from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, Damien holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Dijon Law School at Dijon University, completed in 1996. Damien completed their General Baccalaureate Degree with a major in mathematics from Lycee Mont Roland in Dole in 1996.
