Gayle Bacon is an experienced education professional currently serving as Education Director for Greenwood Academies Trust since April 2022, specializing in primary and special education. In addition to this role, Gayle Bacon acts as a consultant supporting new school leaders and serves as a Governor at Loughborough College. Previously, Gayle Bacon held the position of School Improvement Lead at Odyssey Collaborative Trust and provided educational consultancy through Gayle Bacon Education Consultancy. With a background as Headteacher at Woodbridge Junior School and Deputy Headteacher & SENDCo at Longrow Primary School, Gayle Bacon has a strong foundation in school leadership.
