Ashraf Lotfi is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and business leadership. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Deep Science Ventures and a board member at both Lotus Microsystems and CVD Equipment Corporation, Ashraf also holds the position of President-CEO-Board Member-Executive for an independent venture since 2021. Past roles include Vice President, CTO, and Intel Fellow at Intel Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed new technology ventures and business development, and President, CEO, and Founder of Enpirion, Inc., a venture-backed power semiconductor firm acquired by Intel/Altera. Ashraf's career includes significant contributions at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs and AT&T Power Systems, along with academic experience as an instructor at Cairo University. Ashraf Lotfi holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and an Executive Mini-MBA from Northeastern University.
