Natalie Bigbie is an experienced Account Director at LOTUS, managing a diverse portfolio of hospitality, travel, and tourism clients since August 2022. Prior to this role, Natalie served as a Senior Account Manager and Account Manager, managing clients including the Islands of Guernsey and Palladium Hotel Group. Natalie's expertise in account management was further developed at MHP Mischief, where a role as Account Manager involved working with various consumer brands. Earlier experience includes positions at PRCO Group as Senior Account Executive and Account Executive, focusing on luxury travel clients, and roles at STA Travel and Sailo, emphasizing brand promotion and customer relations.
