Manoj Kumar has a strong background in quality assurance and control. MANOJ started their career in 2010 as a Quality Assurance Inspector at APPL Industries Limited, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined Steelbird International as a Quality Control Inspector. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of a Quality Assurance Inspector at the same company, where they worked until 2019. Most recently, in 2020, they joined LOTTE chemical as a Quality Assurance Engineer.

Manoj Kumar attended Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
