Ceth Talbot is an experienced professional in the fields of chemical manufacturing and instrumentation. Currently serving as a Step-Up Shift Supervisor at Lotte Chemical since October 2017, Ceth oversees operations during a 12-hour shift, ensuring safety and product quality while managing interactions among multiple operators across three units. Prior experience includes a role in Instrumentation/Production at Castex Energy, where daily reports were generated for the Vermillion 252 Field, and an instructional position at Sowela Technical Community College, teaching industrial instrumentation courses.
