Paul Baxter has extensive experience in the transportation sector, notably with Lothian Buses, where tenure spans from December 2004 to the present with roles including Depot Engineer, Assistant Depot Engineer, Workshop Controller, and HGV Mechanic. Prior to this, Paul Baxter worked as a Mechanic at John Martin Group from June 2001 to December 2004. Educational qualifications include a CPC International Passenger Carrying Certificate from Edinburgh College (2021-2023) and a Level 7 Management qualification from GTG College (2018-2019). Additional education includes attendance at Holyrood High School from 1991 to 1995.
