Peter Anders (Andreoli) is a highly experienced creative professional with a diverse background in game development and leadership roles. Currently serving as Creative Director at Lost Boys Interactive and CEO/Development Director at Outnumbered Games, Inc., Peter successfully founded an independent games company and developed the AAA title DISRUPTION. Previous experiences include roles at DeepWell DTx as a developer for the DeepWell Music Experience, and as an Augmented Reality Developer at Magic Leap, where Peter created Unity harnesses for projects. Peter has also held positions at Madefire, VGW/OpenWager as Chief Creative Officer, and Nomadic, contributing to various innovative gaming applications. With a foundational education in International Affairs from Florida State University, Peter's extensive career spans more than two decades in the gaming industry, having developed notable projects such as the AAA prototypes for Xbox and the web game Batman and Robin for Warner Bros. Games.
