Later, they joined the Los Angeles Times and held various roles, including Assistant Copy Desk Chief, Assistant Copy Desk Chief - Orange County, Copy Desk Chief, and Deputy Innovation Editor. In their most recent position as the Director of News Development, Tracy coordinated journalism award entries, assisted in hiring and recruiting, managed editorial assistants, and oversaw the Metpro diversity training program and editorial internships. Throughout their career, Tracy has demonstrated a strong commitment to strategic initiatives and successfully transitioned the Los Angeles Times into a digital-first structure.
