Stacey Lau serves as the Children’s Nutrition Programs Supervisor at the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank since September 2022. Previously, Stacey held multiple roles at the USC Joint Educational Project, including Math Director, where oversight of a tutoring program for K-5 students and training for undergraduate tutors and coordinators were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes positions as a Laboratory Operations Specialist and Clinical Lab Assistant at Curative, and roles in project leadership at USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center and BioMedicaLabs, focusing on data analysis and operational recommendations. Educational credentials consist of a Master of Science in Global Medicine: Management and a Bachelor of Science in Global Health, both from the University of Southern California.
