Amy Inouye is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the arts and design sectors. Serving as the President of Photo Friends of Los Angeles Public Library since 2011, Inouye supports the library's photo collection through talks and events. As co-owner and Gallerist of Future Studio Gallery since January 2006, Inouye showcases contemporary art across various genres and collaborates with the Arroyo Arts Collective for annual events. Inouye has owned and operated Future Studio, a graphic design firm focused on custom print design, since 1985, and has been involved with the iconic Chicken Boy Shop since 1984. Inouye also taught graphic design at California State University, Northridge, from 1997 to 2000. Inouye holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Painting from ArtCenter College of Design, earned from 1972 to 1975.
