Derek M. Gonzalez is an accomplished art director and graphic designer with extensive experience in the creative industry. Currently serving as the Art Director for the Los Angeles LGBT Center since December 2023, Derek previously held senior graphic designer positions at Boy Smells and Kosas Cosmetics, where responsibilities included designing marketing assets, contributing to rebrands, and leading product launches. Earlier roles include graphic designer positions at J BRAND, 7 For All Mankind, and Flaunt Magazine, where Derek developed marketing materials, retouched images, and collaborated on editorial projects. A graduate of Otis College of Art and Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Arts: Graphic Design, Derek's diverse portfolio highlights a commitment to innovative design and branding.
